During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. xu80 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

The security of your password and login credentials is entirely your responsibility. You are advised to:

  • Use a strong and unique password for your xu80 account.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
  • Report any suspicious activity to our support team promptly.

Xu80 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions

Users agree to use the xu80 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

4. Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on the xu80 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required and no hidden fees will be charged for standard deposits.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, GrabPay, and other listed local e-wallets. xu80 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set and displayed in your account panel.

Withdrawal

Users are required to complete a one-time account verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. This involves submitting a valid proof of identity. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours. xu80 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for accounts under investigation.

Inactive Account

Accounts showing no activity for a set period may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with xu80's internal policy. Users will be notified via their registered email before any action is taken.

Where closure results from a breach, any account balance may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely depending on the outcome.
